Shipping
Shipping: All shipments are sent via UPS from our Redmond, WA location. Shipments can be sent 1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day or Ground. Orders are automatically sent Ground unless otherwise specified. Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge.
Delivery Area: Standard deliveries are available within the continental United States. Orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii are available for 2-Day delivery for an additional $12.99 US. Ground and Next Day delivery are not available for Alaska and Hawaii. International orders are available for additional fees (varies by location). Delivery: UPS may leave packages if no one is home; a signature is not required except for gifts that include wine (see our Wine Shipping Policy). We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO’s.
Time-in Transit: The deliver day will depend on the shipping method used. The calculation of days in transit does not include the day the package is shipped on, weekends, or observed holidays. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day.
Holiday Shipping: Shipments sent during the holiday season may require additional time-in-transit. UPS Early A.M. deliveries are guaranteed for on-schedule delivery as usual through the holiday season. Guarantees for other air shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 23; Dec. 18-Dec. 24; and Dec. 31. The guarantee does not apply to UPS Ground packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24.
